QA Lead

Job Description:

• 8+ years of experience in Performance/Functional testing. Design, develop, and execute performance and functional test plans and test cases for data migration and data synchronization applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies related to data integrity, data consistency, and performance.
• Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks in data migration and synchronization processes, and optimize system performance.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas of improvement.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and performance testing of data migration and sync processes.
• Participate in the development of data migration and synchronization applications, including coding, debugging, and optimization.
• Ensure that all testing and development activities are conducted in accordance with the established standards and procedures.
