QA Lead

• The ideal candidate is an influential team leader, capable of mentoring QA engineers, collaborating across departments, and providing technical and strategic guidance on automation, performance, and test process optimization. A background in warehouse or transportation management systems is highly preferred.

8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a QA Lead or equivalent leadership role.

·               Proven experience leading QA on large-scale, enterprise-level software implementations.

·               Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery, continuous integration, and DevOps practices.

·               Extensive experience in Warehouse and/or Transportation Management Systems (Manhattan Active WM experience is a plus).

·               Hands-on experience in test automation, including:

• Writing Selenium-based test scripts in JavaScript or Java (WebDriver, WebDriverIO, Appium, etc.)
• Using test runners like JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, Jasmine.
• Working with Selenium Grid, modular test frameworks, and reusable components.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity) and version control systems.

·               Comfortable using Jira and QMetry for test and defect management.

·               Expertise in backend validation using SQL and test data management practices.

·               Strong understanding of performance and load testing principles
