• Manages different testing tracks for the integrated solution helping team
• members / track leads estimate and plan their tracks efficiently
• Shares best practices with the team and encourages incorporation for delivery

• Facilitates test assessment workshops and analyzes workshop inputs
• independently to come up with test solutions based on client landscape
• Is able to create Project Test Strategy based on High level scope and requirements.
• Guides teams to create complex integration and end to end scenarios with test
• data variations
• Gives oversight to a small to Medium size teams during test case creation and execution
• • Analyses the requirements and creates the test execution plan for medium to
• high technical complex application
• Test case and Test Strategy walkthroughs to the Project team.
• Test Management.
• Defect Triaging; Review defect for accuracy and completeness.
• Test Reporting and KPI reporting to Project Management.
