QA Lead

Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of overall experience
• Proven experience (5+ years) in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in automated testing using Java, and proficiency with frameworks like JUnit, Selenium, or TestNG.
• Solid knowledge of visual regression testing using Chromatic or similar tools.
• Experience with cross-browser testing using Browser Stack or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Java programming language, with a solid understanding of object-oriented design and development.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and their implementation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into the pipeline.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.

Certifications Needed:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
