Responsibilities:

• Define test scope and align them with project milestones and timelines.

• Develop and prioritization of test cases, ensuring dependencies and outcomes are clearly defined.

• Maintain detailed records of test plans, issue logs, and resolutions using designated tools.

• Perform regression, integration, and performance testing to maintain product stability in the lab environment.

• Oversee defect management, resolution tracking, and regression testing to maintain system integrity.

• Provide timely reporting on test results to consultants, workstream leads, and stakeholders, contributing to issue resolution.

• Coordinate and participate in core team and cross-functional meetings to communicate overall testing progress.

• Plan, schedule, and facilitate testing sessions while escalating critical issues as needed

• Validate features and integrations across frontend and backend systems by simulating real-world user environments.

• Maintain test environments that closely mirror production, ensuring consistency and repeatability of tests.

 

Technical Skills:

• Overall, 8-10 years of Manual testing in a Physical Lab Environment

• Experience in testing microservices and cloud native apps

• Solid understanding of backend technologies (databases, RESTful APIs, server-side languages,) and frontend frameworks (HTML/CSS, React, JavaScript)

• Familiarity with CI/CD and agile development processes.
