QA Engineer with Automation

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
* Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
* Design and execute test cases, including automation using Selenium.
* Identify, analyze, and document software defects.
* Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
* Stay abreast of the latest testing methodologies and technologies.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of software testing experience.
* Proven experience leading testing teams.
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
* Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in both Chinese or English
