QA Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product testing, including data creation, validation analysis, and support for features related to iACV (incremental Annual Contract Value) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial metrics and business-critical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans based on product requirements.
• Perform end-to-end product testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Create, manage, and maintain accurate test data for various testing scenarios
• Domain knowledge in incremental Annual Contract Value
• Conduct data validation analysis to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across systems.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Document test results, create detailed bug reports, and track issues through resolution.
• Participate in regression, integration, and user acceptance testing cycles.
• Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and test processes.
• Ready to work in shift in 2PM – 11PM IST Shift.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in manual and/or automated testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL or other data query tools for data validation.
• Familiarity with QA tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
