Within eCommerce team, the QA Engineer will support QA Lead at the technical layer to improve quality and reliability of our ecommerce site on each component of the eCommerce platform of CMA CGM group. 

1. Build best practices for testing scripts and technical stack of testing platform.
2. Conduct reviews of testing script code and to ensure the quality and reliability of the eCommerce platform. 
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and QA team to ensure that all aspects of the ecommerce site are tested thoroughly.
4. Work with QA team to triage and prioritize defects and ensure timely resolution. 
5. Document and maintain software defect tracking reports.

Must Have Requisites :

• Experienced software testing and quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in complex platform testing and quality assurance. 
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes. 
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. 
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience with agile development methodologies. 
• Excellent communication skills in English and a strong team spirit.

Technical Skills :

• Experience with a programming language like JAVA or C#.
• Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium.
• Extensive experience with bug tracking systems, such as Jira, to manage and track defects.
• Extensive experience with performance testing and optimization such as JMeter and LoadRunner
• A solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle. 
• Experience with agile methodologies and collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
