Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/Test Automation with expertise in leading automation
testing efforts across various technologies and domains. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for overseeing and driving automation testing initiatives, ensuring the quality
and reliability of our software solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep
technical expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks, and experience with CI/CD
pipelines.
Responsibilities
 Develop and maintain robust and efficient automated test scripts using Selenium with Java for web application testing.
 Create and execute automated test cases using Robot Framework and Python to ensure comprehensive functional, regression, and integration test coverage.
 Create and execute manual test cases based on the requirements and functionality of the application.
 Perform API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured, validate API functionality, data integrity, and performance.
 Conduct performance testing with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner to evaluate system performance, load handling, and scalability under various conditions.
 Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Jenkins to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.
 Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other QA team members to define test requirements, strategies, and design test plans.
 Analyze and report defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring that issues are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
 Enhance test automation frameworks by implementing best practices, adding reusable functions, and improving the reliability and maintainability of test scripts.
