QA Automation Lead

The Client Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a QA Automation Lead who will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of automation solutions for web-based applications, with a particular emphasis on integrating Salesforce platforms and processes. This role combines technical expertise in automation development with strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that Salesforce automation framework and processes are optimized for quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in QA, including designing and developing test automation frameworks.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with WebDriver IO.
• 1+ years of experience in API Automation using tools like Rest Assured, Postman, or Ready API.
• 1+ years of experience in Azure DevOps for defect management, test management, and repository usage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in test automation tools and techniques, including functional, regression, and integration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds and web component automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD).
• Knowledge of web development frameworks, such as WebDriver IO.
