  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, other technical subject area, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in Software Quality Engineering roles
  • Experience with Appian, Camunda or other BPM applications
  • Proven technical skills (Java, Javascript, Typescript, GitHub, SQL, Insomnia, Postman, REST APIs)
  • Solid understanding of Jenkins CI/CD principles and tools
  • Coding focused individual while maintaining importance on end to end integrations.
  • Experience developing automation testing suites and understand their interactions across microservices, BPMN and other architectures.
  • Practical experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Cypress, JEST, Cucumber, Selenium, Karate, JUnit)
  • Experience working in an Agile team environment
  • Possess positive relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Desire and willingness to learning and strive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, globally dispersed, agile environment
  • Strong technical acuity and engineering mentality
