QA Automation Engineer (Python)

We are looking for a talented and skilled QA Automation Engineer (Python) to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. As part of the quality assurance team, you will play a key role in developing and executing automated tests, ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. You should have a strong proficiency in Python, particularly for automation, and be comfortable working with APIs and databases.

Responsibilities: ? Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to improve testing efficiency. ? Perform API testing and ensure proper validation of REST APIs and their integration with backend systems. ? Use SQL for data validation and verification to ensure accuracy across multiple environments. ? Utilize the PyTest framework for developing and executing test cases. ? Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of automated tests. ? Analyze large sets of data to identify issues and provide insights on improving system performance. ? Write clear, maintainable, and efficient test scripts. ? Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to enhance the overall quality of the codebase. ? Support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance software deployment. Qualifications: ? 4 + years of experience in QA automation or a similar role. ? Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. ? Basic understanding of Selenium for UI automation (preferred but not mandatory)
