QA Automation Engineer

Skills (Must have):

• Over 5 years of automation testing experience, specializing in Python-Selenium.
• Proficient in Docker and experienced with Unix, CI/CD, and version control (SVN/Git).
• Expert in test automation and creating comprehensive test plans for product modules.
• Strong understanding of manual and automation testing concepts and methods.
• Experienced in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and story management.

Skills (Good to have):

• Exposure to the AWS cloud ecosystem will be a plus. 
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:  

• Independently own features and create feature test plans based on development and feature completion milestones.
• Design automation framework for automating feature tests. Propose changes or enhancements to the framework for enabling new feature tests.
• Understand existing automation frameworks, write new test-cases as per current framework and fix any broken automation
• Participate in test cases, test plan and code reviews
• Participate in bug triaging, tracking quality assurance metrics
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement.

Qualification:  

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
