Description

Define overall test strategy, coordinate QA engineers, and ensure coverage for functional, performance, chaos, and regression testing. Manage test planning in sprints, produce metrics indicating release readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up test plans and coverage metrics, ensuring traceability to requirements.
  • Coordinate with development leads to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Oversee advanced test scenarios (load, chaos, failover).
  • Mentor QA engineers, track and communicate test results to leadership.

Required Skills

  • Strong background in QA strategy, risk-based testing, automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar test management tool.
  • Performance/chaos testing knowledge (JMeter, Locust, Azure Chaos Studio).
  • Skilled at reporting test coverage, bug trends, release gating
