Description

Define overall test strategy, coordinate QA engineers, and ensure coverage for functional, performance, chaos, and regression testing. Manage test planning in sprints, produce metrics indicating release readiness.

Key Responsibilities
 

Set up test plans and coverage metrics, ensuring traceability to requirements

Coordinate with development leads to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines

Oversee advanced test scenarios (load, chaos, failover)

Mentor QA engineers, track and communicate test results to leadership

Required Skills
 

Strong background in QA strategy, risk-based testing, automation frameworks

Familiarity with Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar test management tool

Performance/chaos testing knowledge (JMeter, Locust, Azure Chaos Studio)

Skilled at reporting test coverage, bug trends, release gating
