QA Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Architect to lead the design and implementation of the testing strategy for our software products. As a QA Architect, you will be responsible for developing advanced testing frameworks, setting up automation processes, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing standards, best practices, and tools to improve product quality and reliability.

· Testing Strategy Development: Lead the creation of robust test strategies, ensuring that testing approaches align with business objectives, product requirements, and overall system architecture.
· Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and tools for both functional and non-functional testing, reducing manual testing efforts and improving efficiency.
· Test Plans & Execution: Oversee the development of detailed test plans and ensure they are executed according to project timelines, while maintaining quality standards.
· Continuous Improvement: Advocate for continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and practices to ensure testing evolves with the product lifecycle and industry trends.
· Mentorship & Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and senior QA engineers. Foster a culture of quality and best practices within the QA team.
