Description

  • Own and lead QA planning and coordination
  • Monitor, track, and report on QA progress and metrics
  • Review requirements and test documentation
  • Lead defect triage and risk-based testing practices
  • Collaborate across QA, Dev, and Business teams
  • Coordinate with performance testing (not hands-on)
  • Contribute to hands-on testing during critical periods
  • Strong analytical skills with report tracking
  • Expected to track KPI's of the team

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years total QA experience (or 12+ without degree)
  • 3+ years recent QA lead experience (flexible on recency if the experience is substantial)
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA lifecycle, and defect management
  • Experience with risk-based testing, metrics tracking, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with manual and API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
  • Test management tools (e.g., QTest preferred)
  • Jira and Tricentis
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
  • Experience in CI/CD environments
