Description

Develop and maintain the test cases associated with the applications that our business needs

Execute the different test cases required to ensure the quality of the deliverables

Reporting:

Create accurate bug reports and follow up on them with the assigned developer until resolution.

Business Knowledge and Documentation:

Gain a thorough understanding of our business applications, process and services to ensure an effective and accurate testing both from a business and a technical perspective

UAT Support: Interface with stakeholders to ensure that user testing can be conducted on a timely and efficient manner. 


Education and/or Experience:

Education:
Associate or bachelors degree in computer science or related field experience preferred

 

Experience:
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a QA Analyst or related role. Proven experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing.

Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks is essential.

Test management tools (Test Rails, Azure DevOps, zephyr, etc.)

Stress/Performance tools (JMeter, K6, etc.)

Backend test tools (SOAPUI, Postman, Swagger, etc.)

Additional Experience as a software developer is also valuable
