Python Developer

- 7+ years exp within Python development
- 12+ month contract
- Must have experience with Pandas using Python
- must have API development exp

- Some exp working within the cloud using AWS/GCP/Azure 

Skills:
• Deep Python skills/abilities/development, 5-7yrs or more ideally
• Experience with Python Pandas required
• Experience with API development
• Not required, but and knowledge about security device logs (example Palo Alto Firewalls, McAfee Proxies, etc), and threat detection as this team works with that alot
• Write effective, scalable code
• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
• Work within proprietary internal tool for detection logic
• Run queries through multiple data sources
• Perform data enrichment and data connections
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
• 5 years of development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience
• Strong Python scripting/programming skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining APIs.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and networking in AWS/GCP.
• Ability to provide inputs for system/application and product design.
• SQL, Elastic Search and information security experience are a plus
