Python Developer

Experience Requirede: 9+ years
You will be responsible for developing and supporting software solution that will enable the broader SRE/AS organization. This would include solutions such as:
Automation and efficiency solutions
Creating solutions to close gaps in processes
Developing new features based on organizational needs
Helping to define and educate the organization on standards and best practices.
Increasing observability and responses to alerts

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required.
3+ years of software development experience in a professional environment such as:
Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and automated testing.
Thorough understanding of XML, JSON, web services technologies, and data structure fundamentals, with experience in multi-threaded programming.
Wide breath of engineering experience as Full Stack Engineer in technologies like Java, J2EE, Spring, JavaScript, React, Python, Micro Services and more to deliver product capabilities.
RESTful API development experience.
Experience with Observability and Open Telemetry tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and ELF.
Experience with continuous integration/deployment (Git, Jenkins, etc).
Familiar with Open Source and cloud technologies.
Explores new automation techniques to refine the agility, speed and quality of engineering initiatives and efforts
Recognizes opportunities to adopt innovative technologies to enable business capabilities
Keeps up-to-date on current research and technology in the industry
Recognizes the importance of collaboration to achieve objectives
Clearly communicates ideas and concepts to others
Leads work effectively and acts on own initiative without being prompted
Provides feedback to team members in code reviews
