Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Build efficient, maintainable and testable backend features in Python.
• Integrate frontend components into applications.
• Responsible for building REST web services.
• Participate fully in the development process through the entire software lifecycle.
• Participate fully in Agile software development process.
• Design functional requirements.

Required Skills

• Database knowledge and python interaction with databases.
• Ideally Docker/Kubernetes knowledge.
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure would be a big plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience developing software in Python Development, writing code, and documenting functionality using Python.
• Experience designing high capacity applications and with test driven development.
• Experience in documenting requirements and specifications.
• Experience with SQLServer a plus.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
