Prompt Engineer with Python

Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Prompt Engineer with strong Python expertise to help us shape how AI models respond to user inputs. You’ll design, test, and refine prompts that guide large language models (LLMs) like GPT to produce accurate, relevant, and engaging outputs. Your work will directly impact the performance of AI-driven tools across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompts for AI models used in chatbots, content generation, and automation tools

• Use Python to build, test, and iterate prompt workflows and evaluation scripts

• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to improve AI output quality

• Maintain a prompt library with version control and documentation

• Run A/B tests to measure prompt effectiveness and model behavior

• Stay updated on the latest in NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation

• Understanding of AI models like GPT, Claude, or similar LLMs

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts

• Ability to analyze and improve AI responses based on prompt structure

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like LangChain, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face
