Description

  • Communicate and manage project vision with project leadership team to ensure an understanding of the project plan and scope in conjunction with the companys commitments and customer expectations.
  • Define deliverables scope of work and develop detailed project schedules to ensure value is provided to the customer/requestor and business objectives and goals are met.
  • Build highly effective project teams and establish effective relationships with impacted departments and functional areas.
  • Communicate expectations and instill accountability in team members.
  • Resolve conflicts promote work sharing and motivate teams toward common goals.
  • Apply project management principles including project financial management scope and schedule management risk and opportunity management critical problem solving variance and root cause analysis techniques to ensure on time delivery of product capabilities that meet customer requirements.
  • Escalation of issues along with proposed plan to leadership
  • Make timely and sound business decisions that support the business objectives of Client.
  • Summarize and present key information to senior leadership enabling them to make decisions.
  • Manage multiple projects tasks and resources through effective organization prioritization and time management practices to meet operational objectives.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement and lean initiatives.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • require a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree at least 15 years of relevant experience would be required
  • These positions Must be willing and able to travel up to 25 of the time
  • Experience with project management oversight of infrastructure security and software development initiatives.
  • Experience building and managing schedules in MS Project
