Responsibilities

· Own the Process: Serve as the go-to person for every project, managing stages from kickoff through production and final delivery.

· Translate Designs into Action: Dive into store drawings and work hand in hand with our resident engineering whiz, to make sure every fixture order hits the mark. Your knack for understanding design details will keep our production seamless and on point.

· Keep the Details in Check: Build, maintain, and fine-tune Bill of Materials (BOM) and order forms with rock-solid pricing and part numbers.

· Team Up Across Departments: Collaborate seamlessly with purchasing, production, machining, and shipping teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

· Be the Customer Champion: Provide top-notch customer service by handling design tweaks, pricing adjustments, and scheduling updates—keeping everyone informed and happy.

· Manage Quality & Logistics: Oversee production builds with a keen eye, ensuring any issues are caught early and that every shipment is accurate and punctual.

· Stay on Your Toes: Respond to urgent issues (yes, sometimes evenings or weekends are part of the game) to keep everything running like clockwork.

· Keep Us in the Loop: Regularly update internal systems with project progress, ensuring clear communication and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience & Know-How: 3–5+ years in project management, ideally in manufacturing, cabinetry, or a similar field where attention to detail is key.
  • Technical Savvy: A good grasp of manufacturing processes and the ability to work with CAD designs, BOMs, and scheduling tools.
  • Communication Skills: A passion for clear, friendly, and proactive communication – you make teamwork look effortless.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A natural ability to prioritize customer service and ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Flexibility & Initiative: Ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with systems like Sage, CutRite, or similar software that makes managing parts and pricing a breeze
