Project manager

Overall 15+Years experience required in following skills
1. Ability to lead project team through well-defined communication structure including team meetings/stand-ups
2. Good reporting to all stakeholders
3. At least 8 to 10 years of progressive IT experience in developing or supporting applications on PC, Client/Server or Web, cloud platforms
4. Must have at least 10 years of hands-on working experience as a Project Manager on medium to large size software development projects
5. Must have 3-5 years of working knowledge and experience with .NET technologies and Azure cloud technologies
6. Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to project leadership
7. Develops and executes project work plans using our Accolade software with the project team
8. Manages conflicts as they arise that jeopardize the success of the project that come from resource constraints, requirement changes, technical risks, communication problems
9. Establish the scope of various projects (internal or BD&L), establish a project charter and schedule, identify project teams and/or actors, participate in all stages of project development and take part in commercial planning for projects
10. Plan and coordinate meetings with multidisciplinary teams
11. Monitor projects with Global and partners and ensure that forms are completed as required
12. Propose improvements to the project management process
13. Prepare and coordinate alignment meetings for projects to be delivered
