Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, resource needs, and delivery milestones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to break down work and manage project plans.
  • Maintain RAID logs and track critical path activities.
  • Coordinate with engineering, QE, and vendor teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Lead governance reporting, communicate progress, and manage risks.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing processes, and documenting functional specifications.
  • Bridge the gap between business and technology teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Strong skills in planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-team delivery.
  • Experience with enterprise-level governance and reporting (e.g., RAG, status decks).
  • Domain knowledge in financial services or capital markets.
  • PMP® or equivalent certification preferred
