Responsibilities:
1. Manages internal projectsBudget as detailed in Impact section Large/ complex/ single or multiple regions. May include detailed design of sponsors' high-level concept High risk.
2. Manages project financials including business impactMeets or exceeds approved budgets.Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.
3. Manages stakeholder relationshipsManages upper level stakeholder relationships.
4. Manages project team Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally greater than 20 people from multiple countries. Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members.Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for team members .

Education and Experience Required:
First Level University degree.7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
  • Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
  • Makes use of and contributes to Services PM Profession community.
  • PMP Certified .


Additional Knowledge & Skills
• Understanding and experience in supply chain, procurement, and finance, and operations
• Working knowledge of supply chain systems and architecture, including business intelligence, master data management, and product costing
• Application specific knowledge Fiori, SAP HANA S4,
• Demonstrated success leading and deploying large scale business process, software development, business intelligence or data modeling projects
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, data management applications, project management tools and other relevant technology (such as, MS Access, Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, etc.)
• Experience leading and implementing Product Costing & Procurement business processes and application enhancements
• General knowledge of SAP modules like Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC)
• Knowledge of key concepts like cost elements, activity types, cost collectors, variance analysis, and the integration points between different SAP modules, management of Bill of Materials, Material Master, Purchasing Info Records, and Price Conditions
