Project Manager & Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Mandatory: • Engagement Manager • PMO (Activity Control, Schedule, Status Report, Team Meetings) • Resource Management, allocation planning • Billing, Invoice submission • Knowledge of process governance • Experience with software testing and Quality Assurance • Knowledge of some test management tool (examples): qTest, JIRA (X-Ray), MS Test Manager, Azure DevOps • Experience with JIRA and Confluence • Experience with Agile and Waterfall frameworks • Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) phases • Change Management Control • Risk Management • Analytical profile with decision-making ability Differential: • Certifications in Software Testing (desirable) • Certifications in Agile framework (desirable) • Certifications in Project Management • Experience in conducting training/demo sessions (desirable)
