Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage application software projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide project oversight and accountability for multiple business functions, ensuring teams stay on track and follow the appropriate processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and existing project managers to ensure clear communication and task ownership.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) and track project progress using Jira and related tools.
  • Support teams in adhering to SDLC best practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and action item trackers.
  • Ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders, helping to bridge communication gaps.
  • Experienced in identifying and aligning interdependencies across complex, enterprise-scale initiatives involving multiple workstreams



Qualifications:

  • Project management experience (PMO), ideally in application software or IT projects.
  • Understanding of SDLC processes and Agile frameworks
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions, ensuring projects stay on track
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Work as a self-starter, while also partnering effectively with senior PMs and technical teams
