Project Manager / Scrum Master

Job Description
Reporting to the Technical Lead-Observability Platforms, the PM / Scrum Master will play an important role as a critical member of a diverse team. They will be a Servant Leader who helps the team achieve its goals through effective Agile SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and Rockwell practices. They will proactively work with multiple ITSM leaders to plan and complete deliverables on time and under budget.

Essential Functions:

Lead quarterly PI Planning for the ITSM portfolio
Document Epics, User Stories, Tasks and Dependency details as needed
Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure adherence to Rockwell standards in Jira and Jira Align
Manage onboarding of vendor contracts
Manage portfolio budgeting process and spend tracking
Plan, document and communicate change management requests
Coordinate implementation and delivery with internal and external teams
Effectively communicate project status to all levels of the organization

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in Technology Engineering, Technology Operations, or Software Development role
2+ years in a Project Management or Scrum Master role
Experience in managing large, complex projects with multi-function teams
Experience with Jira and Jira Align

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree,
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
