Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management including but not limited to; defining project scope, setting goals and deliverables, managing resources, tracking progress against schedule, communicating effectively across multiple channels (email/phone/in person), ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the entire lifecycle of each project they oversee, handling any issues or conflicts which may arise during execution phase as well as post-completion evaluation processes like documenting lessons learned from successful implementations versus unsuccessful ones so that future projects can benefit from these insights when planning their own strategies accordingly

Responsibilities:
• Define project scope and objectives clearly at the outset
• Identify stakeholders who need to be involved in order to successfully execute initiatives
• Establish clear communication channels between team members and other relevant parties such as clients or vendors
• Create detailed plans for each stage of development process, including timelines and milestones
• Monitor progress regularly by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to timeframe, budget, resource utilization etc., while also addressing any issues arising along the way
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout entire life cycle of initiative
• Document lessons learned after completion of every assignment so that future endeavors can learn from past successes/failures when planning their own strategy

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, computer science or engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex IT projects
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task effectively without compromising on quality
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with excellent problem-solving techniques
• Excellent interpersonal skills needed to interact professionally both internally & externally at all levels of organization
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills necessary to convey ideas clearly & concisely
• Ability to manage large teams comprised of diverse individuals from various backgrounds
• Proven track record of successfully executing large scale IT initiatives
• Experience working within highly regulated industries preferred (i.e. finance, healthcare)
