We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 3–5 years of project leadership experience and a strong background in commercial banking. The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle—from definition to implementation—while ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality parameters. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and project governance.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through implementation.
- Define project scope, create project plans, and drive project milestones to successful completion.
- Develop and maintain strong communication channels with project teams and stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to assigned project resources.
- Prepare and deliver accurate status reports, documentation, and project budgets.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
- Ensure timely change management and adaptability to evolving project needs.
- Maintain a clear understanding of infrastructure components and technical concepts.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of project management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in commercial banking.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure assets and technical environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
