Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage enterprise-scale data management projects from initiation to closure.
Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

Agile Project Management:
Manage agile projects within state or federal government agencies or similar environments.
Utilize Agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Project Management Systems:
Demonstrate knowledge and experience with common project management systems such as Jira, Micro Focus Project Management,etc.
Texas Project Delivery Framework:
Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework (TPDF) deliverables and managing projects using this framework is strongly preferred.
Certifications:
Hold certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile-related certifications.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
Requirements:
Minimum 12+ years of overall experience in project management, with a focus on managing complex projects
Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-scale data management projects
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing Agile projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to navigate and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
