Project Manager

Key Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Cloud Computing: A solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and their respective services. 
• Jira/Confluence: Proficiency in using Jira for project management, including Jira automation and advanced skills. 
• Migration Experience: Experience with managing cloud application migrations and automation projects. 
• Technical Architecture: Understanding of enterprise architecture and solution design. 
• Project Management Skills:
• Project Planning and Execution: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor cloud migration projects. 
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks during the migration process. 
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage stakeholders across various departments. 
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies like Agile Scrum. 
• Budget Management: Understanding of project budgeting and financial management. 
• Leadership and Soft Skills:
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate project teams. 
• Change Management: Managing change within the organization during the migration process.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the migration. 
• Certifications (Optional but Helpful):
• Cloud Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamental certifications. 
• Project Management Certifications: PMP or other relevant certifications. 

Experience:

• Years of Experience: 8-10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, especially in cloud adoption projects. 
• Enterprise Experience: Experience working with enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructures. 
• Customer-Facing Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in cloud migrations
