In the role of a Project Manager, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities
- Client relationship management - Managing relationships with client personnel
- Requirement's elicitation, Fit-gap analysis, Solution design, Functional designs, and configurations for SCM processes on Oracle EBS like Order Management, Procurement, EDI, Interfacing with AP/ AR
- Process design, harmonization and standardization, across multiple business units and geographies
- Execution and support of functional testing, System Integration & User Acceptance Testing, Production Cut-over and post-production support
- Working with and guiding technical teams on development activities like data mapping for integrations and data conversions, designing and testing extensions and reports
- Ownership of Quality deliverables, managing and controlling scope of deliverables, tracking deliverables to closure
- Review of Solution Design, Functional Specifications and Cross track solutions
- Documentation of Process Design, Solution design, Functional Specifications, Configurations, Test scripts, Process SOPs, training material and keeping data updated on Defect tracking and ALM tools
Required
- At least 4 years of Relevant Information Technology experience- Oracle Supply Chain projects including support and development
- Minimum of 3 Oracle ERP Implementation project experience as Project Manager
- Project Management, Plan preparation, tracking.
- Overall Project planning and tracking along with rest of the PMO
- Work with Program Management Office for any significant changes to Project Scope, Schedule
- Monitor Progress and Conduct reviews and weekly status meeting with Management teams
- Identify and resolve issues – Project Level & manage risks and contingencies thereof
- Conduct reviews and weekly status meeting with teams
- Facilitate effective communication between onsite and offshore teams
- Should have hands on implementation experience of Oracle EBS R12
- Should have experience of delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications
- Strong knowledge in Europe Localizations, preferably on Oracle ERP packages
- Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
Preferred
- Hands-on Experience in Oracle EBS SCM, MFG
- Oracle Certification
- PL/ SQL and familiarity with Supply Chain tables for effective consulting
- Knowledge of Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), Performance testing tools
