Project Manager

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: [X+] years in project management, business analysis, and Private Equity domain .
Strong experience with intranet and SharePoint development projects .
Deep understanding of Private Equity processes , including deal origination, fund administration, investor reporting, and compliance workflows .
Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 Familiarity with Private Equity regulations (SEC, GDPR, AML, KYC) and risk management.
Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies .
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills 
Certifications such as PMP or SharePoint-related certifications are a plus
