Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development and delivery of innovative products and services. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills and a deep understanding of product ownership principles. The ideal candidate will be able to drive projects forward, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact delivery.
• Product Ownership:
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions, collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities.
• Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with overall business goals and objectives.
• Make informed decisions on feature prioritization, balancing customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to product delivery.
• Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage changes in project scope, ensuring that any adjustments are communicated and agreed upon by relevant stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that products and services meet high-quality standards by implementing effective quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with testing and quality teams to conduct thorough testing and validation of deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance processes and workflows.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant advancements into project and product management methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in project management or product ownership are a plus.
• Must have prior experience working as Programmer/Technical Leader/Quality Leader 
• Proven experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner in a technology or product-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with agile tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in product development and launch.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
