Project Manager

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to support enterprise-wide technical, data, and strategy-related initiatives within a large matrixed environment. 

This role requires strong experience in Agile methodologies and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives. 

The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in Newport Beach, CA, 2–3 times per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manage complex, cross-functional technical and business projects.
• Establish and maintain project scope, plans, schedules, and resource alignment.
• Lead project teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Create and maintain key project artifacts such as Charters, RAID logs, CBAs, and status reports.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and financials.
• Serve as a liaison between Technology, Corporate, and Divisional groups.
• Facilitate organizational change management and internal communication efforts.
• Apply Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Communicate progress using visualization tools and provide data-driven updates.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in project and program management across Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage both Infrastructure and Systems Implementation projects.
• Strong technical understanding to identify project activities and coach teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, SmartSheet) and MS productivity suite (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with visualization and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI).
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Background in strategic management or consulting (Big 5 or equivalent strongly preferred).
• MBA, PMP, and/or Agile certifications.
• Experience with large-scale financial or insurance institutions.
• Engineering or Computer Science background demonstrating analytical and logical thinking
