Project Manager

The Tech Talent Excellence team is undergoing a transformation! With a renewed focus on creating a sustainable pipeline to supply Client Technology with the best and most diverse talent, we are creating new pathways to tech jobs through our Early Careers Program (ECP). We need a highly motivated and organized Project Manager with excellent communication skills to lead workstreams across various work experience models, such as internships, grad programming, apprenticeships, pre-internships, and career change opportunities.

Project Manager will work closely with ECP Program Manager and will be you will be responsible for executing various workstreams across multiple programs.

Minimum Qualifications We are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualities:

Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and takes ownership for everything you do.
13 years of Coordination, Project Management or Event Planning experience.
Collaborative team player.
Excellent Project Management skills and the ability to handle multiple efforts simultaneously.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize work and remain flexible with shifting responsibilities.
Strong sense of urgency.
Excellent people/relationship skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently when needed.
Ability to execute a project from end to end.
Experience with Recruiting/Campus Programs a plus.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
