Project Manager

Our client, a leading firm in the investment banking sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of experience in project management, M&A advisory, corporate development, or financial services consulting, with a particular focus on asset management and M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end M&A projects within the investment banking and asset management space
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, operations, and strategy
• Ensure timely execution of project milestones and deliverables
• Provide strategic input and advisory support on M&A transactions
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and external partners

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in:
  • Project management
  • M&A advisory
  • Corporate development
  • Financial services consulting
• Prior experience in investment banking and asset management is essential
• Strong knowledge of M&A processes, deal structuring, and integration planning
