Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise communication projects across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, working with telecom/IT systems, and delivering high-impact B2B solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and task assignments.
- Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as the point of contact between clients and the internal team; manage client communications and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure the successful integration of communication platforms such as SMS gateways, WhatsApp Business API, and IVR solutions.
- Maintain documentation, including status reports, change logs, and post-project reviews.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and telecom regulations (e.g., TRAI/DLT regulations).
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience in telecom, IT services, or SaaS- based environments.
- Proven experience with communication platforms (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp API, etc.).
- Strong understanding of telecom protocols and enterprise integration frameworks.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
