Project Manager

Strong project coordination skills across technical and programmatic teams.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including sprint planning and project tracking tools such as Jira.
Proficiency in translating business needs into clear technical specifications and documentation. Understanding of modular data system design and data flow mapping.
Familiarity with GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines, Unity Catalog role-based access controls, Databricks medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for staging data products in Dev and Prod environments          
 
Experience Required     
This classification requires a minimum of five (5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible PM project experience applying project management (PM) principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.       
2 Year Experience leading cross-functional technical projects focused on system or workflow enhancements.
2 Year Experience working with data entry, analytics, engineering, and program teams to align technical development with end-user needs.
2 Year Experience contributing to data integration or transformation efforts, particularly those involving reporting or data product development.               
This classification requires the possession of (a) a bachelor’s degree, and (b) a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which will be verified during the RFO process.
Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
