Description

·         Responsible for the successful outcome of Retail Technology projects

·         Manages project life cycle from initiation through deployment and project closure

·         Manages the day-to-day activities of projects, project staff, and vendors

·         Creates, manages and tracks project documents, including, but not limited to: project schedules, including estimates versus actuals, project plans, scope of work documents, cost estimates, resource plans, risk and issues logs, and status reports

·         Organizes, conducts, and attends meetings with project team to facilitate all levels of project planning

·         Works with procurement, contract and legal teams to bid and award contracts for retail work

·         Set policies and procedures to manage changes, communicate schedules, train technicians and users, create purchase orders and overall execution of work

·         Works with project managers of other teams to ensure overall business needs are being met for company initiatives

·         Communicates and collaborates with internal and external customers as needed in to project deliverables including managing expectations, and project status

·         Drives decisions, including difficult tradeoffs that may be needed between resources, schedule, and functionality

·         Manages multiple projects at one time

·         Provides oversite of vendor execution of work
