Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery team to ensure we meet Service Level Agreements and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of projects, ensuring they stay within timeline and budget.
  • Address delivery and production issues, guiding them to resolution and closure.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on project and production status.
  • Coordinate recovery activities for major incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with delivery and production processes; initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a repository for deliverables, methodologies, and production support documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in the IT industry.
  • At least 5 years in project management, leading a team of more than 5 people.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and object-oriented technologies; implementation experience is a plus.
  • Proven leadership skills with successful project management from start to finish.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, cost, and quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with banking projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Internet Banking, Loans, and Credit Risks is advantageous.
  • Strong customer relations skills, capable of engaging with IT and users at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Initiative to collaborate with team members to overcome challenges and ensure success.
  • Strong negotiation skills with both internal teams and customers.
  • A strong sense of ownership to drive customer satisfaction and generate revenue from change requests (CR).
  • Experience in FinTech (Software Development), Banking, or Loan Systems is preferred.
