Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside various technology teams (both internal and external) involving Business Analysts, Architects, Cloud & Integration Developers, DevOps Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, Project Manager, etc to proactively plan, manage and honor delivery commitments, whilst bringing efficiencies across the projects. 
  • Work as ITSO/ITSO Delegate to the Service Improvement Initiatives, Major Incident Reviews and any ad hoc Incident Retrospectives. Identifying trends and patterns, root causes of incidents and triggering reviews of these cases with the technical teams. 
  • Drive Technology modernization initiatives. Conduct Release Readiness reviews and Milestone Reviews. Managing SSL Certificate Upgrades and Security Patches installations on PROD servers. 
  • Work closely with Control, Service and Platform/technology Owners: Oversees Control Owner activity from a technical point-of-view. Understand general performance of associated services, and service uplift roadmaps. Understand general performance of technology health, and technology uplift roadmaps (including technical debt resolution). 
  • Establish discipline and enforce effective governance and controls, in line with Business Transformation Framework and coordination of cross technology teams, cross Global Business/Global Functions delivery 
  • Accountable for ensuring products and services maintain compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements and control objectives within the risk and controls framework 
  • Responsible for ensuring that all activities performed within the Pod adhere to the relevant data standards and data controls (as defined by COMPANY FIM) 

Skills Required:

  • Work Experience: 12+ years 
  • Tooling/technology Skillset: Jira, Confluence, ETL Tools, SQL, Control-M, Unix Shell Scripting, Test Automation tools, etc. Experience with database and data ware housing. 
  • DevOps Skillset: Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Ansible, G3, SNOW, etc 
  • Cloud Skillset: 2 to 4 years in any cloud technologies like Oracle/GCP/AWS/AZURE, SPARK, Airflow, Kubernetes. Understanding of IKP/GCP concepts with hands on experience 
  • ITSM Skillset: Experience working with ITIL Processes, Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management, Change Management and Capacity Management. Ensure adherence to standard controls, KPI, KCI and drives teams to achieve compliance, framework and controls. 
  • Experience with agile methodologies. Proven record of working in a collaborative environment with technology and cross functional business teams. Effective leader as well as team player with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.  
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical stakeholders. Candidate should be able to lead and track book of work deliveries, prioritise requirements, track schedule independently and present periodic status to management. Strong communication skills coupled with presentation skills. 
  • Good understanding of Oracle Fusion or any other ERPs technical and functional components and business process flow. [Preferred but not mandatory]
