Required Skills:-

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Healthcare sector
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred

Job Duties:-

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following critical job responsibilities:-

  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among team members.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed and accepted by stakeholders.
