Description

  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within recruitment, preferably within the energy sector or IT environment.
  • Proven experience in drawing up and executing recruitment plans, including determining target groups, recruitment channels and employer branding strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing various recruitment projects, such as optimizing the candidate journey and improving recruitment processes.
  • Demonstrable experience in drawing up employer branding strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience in setting up and setting up KPI-based reports.
  • Demonstrable experience with SAFe or Agile working.
  • A passion for diversity and inclusion, with the ability to identify and achieve both quick wins and long-term goals.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to measure, report and use KPIs to continuously optimize the recruitment strategy. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge
