Description

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on CRM and ERP system implementations.
  • Proven experience managing projects involving Microsoft Dynamics OR Oracle NetSuite migrations. (in a perfect world we find someone with both but dynamics is more important than NetSuite)

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).

Communication:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.

SUMMARY

This dynamic and experienced individual will oversee critical internal projects, including a CRM migration to Microsoft Dynamics and a finance/accounting migration to Oracle NetSuite. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly in CRM and ERP system implementations. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Lead the execution of CRM migration to Microsoft Dynamics and finance/accounting migration to Oracle NetSuite.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project success.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear understanding of project goals and progress.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues or changes in scope.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Provide regular status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business objectives.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
