Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage complex digital transformation initiatives and cloud migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of digital transformation strategies, and hands-on experience with cloud migration processes.

This position requires the ability to drive project success through efficient planning, coordination, and execution while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead digital transformation efforts by aligning business objectives with technology solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative digital solutions that enhance business performance.

Cloud Migration: Oversee and manage cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from on-premise infrastructure to cloud-based environments. Collaborate with technical teams to design and execute migration strategies.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, address potential roadblocks, and provide timely solutions to ensure project continuity.

Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including personnel, technology, and budgets. Ensure efficient use of resources to meet project goals.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports. Regularly report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
