Project Manager

Experience Required:

• 5+ years with progressive responsibilities in IT and Agile Processes.
• Must be able to think and act strategically, without constraints, but be able to operationalize
• Strong demonstrated competencies in leading all agile ceremonies (Daily Stand Ups, Iteration Planning, Release Planning, Backlog Grooming, Team Retros etc.)
• Strong communication, collaborative, and influencing skills Proven ability to work closely with software engineers, product managers, product owners and other stakeholders'
• Strong personal presence to be able to represent technical concerns in Product Line prioritization
• Lead online meetings effectively by taking input from all participants
• Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others.
• Demonstrated ability to drive development with a customer centric approach while engaging in the technical design.
• Experience with Lean methodology, eXtreme Programming & Domain Driven Design Demonstrated understanding and ability to drive full stack development
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs
• Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners by effectively utilizing online tools such as slack, WebEx teams and other communication channels
• Ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex decision making in a rapidly changing environment

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field Master's degree desirable
